That was well-maintained hotel set in nice area, close to the airport, Allstate Arena, and other bigger buses. My room was brand-new and complete with a kitchenette and 2 queen bed, for example. A shower and hairdryers was a plus.

staff seemed to me to be overworked. transmission of information regarding bus connections was very limited and some even did not know where the bus stops were if they were only 5 minutes away from the hotel. i asked whether the hotel offered flight transfers, answer was no. so that i would have to order a taxi to the airport. even the taxi driver was very surprised. gym and breakfast room were not clean. there was a lack of hygiene. at the reception or rather in front of the reception a strange supposedly married couple. who even asked me to take them with me to buy minimal water. whereas in the extra room there was a drink machine - rip-off, at that moment i was already afraid as a stranger and single traveller, most of the hotel guests come from india! they have no manners! they push forward without consideration and pardon.

Charged by hotel for stay even though booked through this site. Man at the front desk never even said sorry. Poor customer service. Toilet was clogged and not fixed. Bare bones hotel. Will not stay again.
